Njavara kizhi
The body is massaged with small linen poultices filled with Navara rice, which is cooked in cow’s milk and a specific herbal mixture. These poultices are dipped in the same mixture and applied over the whole body. The poultices are maintained at a medium temperature. After wiping the body with a dry towel, the medicated oil is applied again.
